Our concave breast retractor design allows the plastic surgeon to perform PUSH (reduction) or PULL (augmentation) procedures easily and gently.Our breast retractor has been specially developed so that, with its concave structure and horizontal grooves, the tissue can be lifted more gently without unnecessarily traumatising it at the edges or front at the breast retractor tip.
Advantages of the concave design:- Excellent visualization of the surgical field thanks to the concave design.
- Excellent adaptation of the concave chest retractor to the lateral thoracic wall, the axilla and the convexity of the chest.
- The mobilized and moved tissue is held more gently by the entire concave surface due to the curved shape and the superficial “grooves”.
- The traumatic effect on the sensitive fatty tissue is thus significantly reduced thanks to our concave design, instead of the other conventional straight breast retractors.
